👩🏻💻 Entrepreneurs - I had a chance to comment on the most prevalent operational obstacles for small companies trying to scale. Do you experience these challenges in your own business? Did I miss anything you'd add? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Thank you so much to Tony Restell and the team at Social-Hire.com for the conversation. Remember when "cramming" was a dirty word in school? 📚 At Wildest Dreams, we proudly wear the label of "crammers." Why? Because we've discovered that in the world of consulting, it's not about knowing it all from the start. It's about our commitment to learning about whatever challenges our clients face as swiftly as possible. We're here to lift the burden, so our clients can spend less time deciphering tax codes, poring over contracts, or diving into the complexities of their tech stack. We may not have all the answers at the outset, but you can bet your a$$ we'll master the problem in record time. 💡 #Entrepreneurship #ProblemSolving #Consulting #LearningFast #WildestDreamsMagic 🚀🔥

🚀📚 The Surprising Paradox of Cramming 📚🚀 We've all been there - the night before the big exam, desperately cramming information into our brains, hoping it'll stick long enough to get us through the test. In school, we're told that cramming is the enemy of true learning. But here's the twist: in the world of entrepreneurship, cramming is not just tolerated; it's often a key to success. In the classroom, we're encouraged to space out our learning, absorb knowledge gradually, and truly understand the material. But in the world of startups, businesses, and problem-solving, it's a different game entirely. It's about diving headfirst into the unknown, mastering it as quickly as possible, and presenting yourself as the expert - often within hours or days. 💡 Welcome to the Entrepreneurial Cramming World 💡 Imagine you have a client meeting tomorrow, and the client is seeking advice on a complex issue you've never encountered before. You have a choice: you can shy away from the challenge, or you can embrace it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and showcase your expertise. Entrepreneurs are the ultimate "crammers" in this sense. They're like information sponges, absorbing new knowledge at a remarkable pace. They dive into the deep waters of unfamiliar territories, researching, networking, and experimenting to become instant experts. It's not just about what you know; it's about how quickly you can adapt, learn, and apply. 🚀 The Power of Adaptability 🚀 Entrepreneurs thrive on adaptability, and it's this very trait that sets them apart. Being able to cram new knowledge and apply it effectively is a skill in itself. It's about solving problems, finding solutions, and demonstrating your value. In the fast-paced world of business, being a quick learner is a superpower. So, as you reminisce about your school days, remember that there's a time and place for the steady, incremental learning of academia. But there's also a place for the entrepreneurial spirit that embraces the art of cramming to become a master of new challenges in record time. Keep that spirit alive, and you'll always be ready to seize the next opportunity that comes your way. Are you an entrepreneur who's mastered the art of cramming? Share your experiences and tips below – let's learn from each other! 🚀🎓 #Entrepreneurship #Adaptability #LearnFast #CrammingToExpertise

We are most definitely not sales consultants, but we can tell you what not to do!

It's not the elephant, it's the ants.

🚀 Passionately ranting about something I don't know much about 🚀 I am no sales guru . I have zero professional sales training and no sales titles anywhere on my resume. So, here is my non-expert opinion about sales. Let's dive into a real-world example. Recently, I found myself in need of legal counsel for my business. Armed with referrals from my awesome lawyer friend, I reached out to three different law firms. Here's how it all played out: Firm #1: 📧 They promptly emailed me their rates and asked how I wanted to proceed. Efficient, no doubt. But did they really care? Firm #2: 📞 They scheduled a call with me and then quickly rescheduled it twice. When we finally got on the call, they were clearly multi-tasking, to the point where they asked the same question more than once. Hmm, not the vibe I was going for. Firm #3: 💼 They also scheduled a call, and let me tell you, this lawyer was on another level. Whip-smart, laser-focused, and attentive. They asked insightful questions and gave solid advice throughout the call. Not only that, they stayed on for an extra 10 minutes to ensure all my questions were addressed. Now, we're talking. All 3 firms had the same rates. So, who do you think I selected? You got it—Firm #3. Why? When I'm making a really important decision for my business, like who's going to make sure I don't get sued, I want to know that the vendor I select values me as much as I value them. That 45-minute conversation with the lawyer I chose will likely result in a lifetime customer value of hundreds of thousands of dollars for their firm over the next 30+ years of my entrepreneurial life. Show up on time. Listen. Ask good questions. Don't multi-task 💼💡💰 #SalesSimplified #WildestDreams #CustomerFirst

💯 That feeling when you go to your mentor with your big idea and their response is "I think you should go for it!". We're so grateful to our fellow dreamer Torrey Barnhouse for his support!

I'm so incredibly grateful to The DEC Network for offering the entrepreneur mentorship program and to Torrey Barnhouse for generously giving his time and knowledge to support me on my entrepreneurial journey. To my fellow entrepreneur friends - the DEC's mentorship program has been an incredible gift. I highly recommend you apply. (Did I mention it's free?!!). (link below) https://lnkd.in/gM49TeP7
